Shark sale sees 'small but fierce' vacuum reduced by eye-watering £160 (2025)

Spring is looking to be off to the right start as several retailers gear up with early sales ahead of the warmer seasons, including Shark. The vacuum manufacturer is currently running discounts on a bunch of its best products, including the Stratos cordless vacuum cleaner [via Express.co.uk].

Normally an eye-watering £449.99, you can currently snap it up for £290, benefitting from a huge £159.99 discount. For an even better saving, Amazon is offering the same vacuum for £284, earning you a 37% discount in total.

The Stratos model is renowned for having Shark's 'best ever hair pick-up' technology, which is effective on both carpets and hard floors. For those that own pets, this a game-changing feature that takes no prisoners when it comes to fur.

For an added kick, there's a dedicated Pet Pro model that comes with a motorised tool for digging embedded pet hair out of furniture and upholstery. It's even advanced enough to pick the hair out of the brush head as it cleans, making maintenance a breeze and extending the overall life of the vacuum.

The Stratos also boasts LED headlights and Shark’s Clean Sense IQ function, which identifies hard-to-see dirt and automatically adjusts its cleaning power, which the brand says results in up to 50% more dirt pick-up. If you've never used a vacuum with LED headlights before, it's a superb feature for spotting bits of dirt you can't spot with the naked eye.
